i had an epiphany: MY NEXT WORKSHOP IS FREE

Sometimes it just hits you, out of nowhere… which is exactly what happened to me last night. Just like how I try to follow my muse whenever it speaks to me, a voice inside my head (albeit probably the “crazy voice”) said: You should do a workshop for free, for those who could really benefit from it but cannot afford it. And all of a sudden everything aligned, resonated… I felt it throughout my body. Then the voice said: Hell don’t even wait- just do it for your next workshop. And I was like- oh shit, YES! That feels completely right! I got really excited and decided to sleep on it, just in case my crazy-brain was just being well, crazy.

And I woke up this morning, felt the full excitment of it racing through me, and decided to follow my gut. I am still vibrating on that energy… It’s. just. happening. So here it is. I am donating my services, time, costs and expenses to my next workshop in San Diego at my home & studio, June 28th & 29th!

Those who have are already signed up will get a refund and their seats are secured.
Those who want to attend, please only do so if you truly cannot afford the full price of one of my workshops. If you have a new business that you are trying to get off the ground, if you are an artist who wants to take your work to the next level, if you want to learn to connect with your work in a deeper way, if you are a student interested in working as an artist etc- this is the only opportunity to attend one of my workshops for free! Or please pass this info onto someone you think may benefit from it.

Donations are welcome, based on what you can afford.
Clearly, space is very limited, only a handful of people, and I will be cutting off registration once it’s full. So sign up now, here.

I believe that certain aspects of eductaion should be free, which is why I recently started my Artist Conversations interviews project for us to learn from other creatives. All info about my one and only free workshop in San Diego HERE.
YAY!!!

  1. Wow, truly incredible and generous of you. I will do one of your workshops at one point. I so wish I could be at this one, but I’ll be in the UK shooting a wedding. It wasn’t meant to be this time 🙂

  2. I’m seriously amazed right now; I can’t believe your generosity. Ever since I saw post your San Diego workshop, I’ve been trying to come up with money making schemes to make this happen, but it wasn’t in the cards. While I’m a truly fortunate person and have a good career as a computer programmer, I’ve been longing to carve out a new path that allows me to create beautiful things and explore the artist that has been undercover way too long. Even if I don’t get selected to attend, I’m stoked to have had a chance to be a part of it. I wanted to thank you again…this is freaking awesome.

  3. Noa, I like the way you roll. Your artist conversations idea is inspired and your work is brilliant. I’m so thankful for all the wonderful energy you put out there. Feeling it all the way from NZ.

  4. i was almost jumping from excitement when i read your words, until it hit me “wait this is not an online course, you need to be there in san diego anyway!” darn! i’m in lisbon and when you think about those who can afford it’s me! building up a photography career requires a whole lot of money and small achievements like buying a new memory card, a new lens, booking another wedding… so thank you for your offer, you really rock, but i’ll need to postpone to another year, maybe then i’ll be able to afford! or maybe you’ll do that in london, it’s quite closer! have a great day and thank you for your energy! you absolutely rocked my weekend!

  5. you have a heart of gold, noa. i wish i had caught word of this earlier! i’m so thankful that you offered something like this even though i didn’t attend. you rock!

  6. I just found your blog….and reading back some… What a sweet, generous soul you are. You have talent that jumps off the page. Maybe one day this Oklahoma gal can visit Sunny Cali…and attend one of your workshops… would love to learn from you.
